Sometime the authorities need help as they cannot police everywhere and you will see "where is the AUTHORITY when you need them?" situation and you wish that you can record them but you fear being confronted if you attempt to video it openly. You a need discreet app that can just record based on a swipe of your finger, tap on the microphone of your smartphone and just base on a loud sound. Video recording will leverage the autofocus and all the great stuff that Apple brings to your smartphone.

Complain lah@SG is the app that you are looking for. Use Complain lah@SG to discreetly make a video recording of the questionable act and send it online (twitter, facebook, etc) or email the authority (such as the LTA, Traffic Police, NEA, town councils) directly.

A list of authorities contact details are also listed in Complain lah@SG but you must click send. The main motivation is for positive social change. The author has zero tolerance for people smoking cigarettes at the void decks when there is a regulation to ban cigarette smoking. The author is positive that other users in Singapore has other grievances that they wished that they could surface.

This is a completely free app that is supported by advertisements and it offers discreet no preview video and photo taking. Just turn off the sound of your device when you use it.
